Here are just some of the actions we’ve taken to Make MomentumTM:

Affinity groups.

Affinity groups are built around both professional and personal connections among diverse peer groups at HCH. They’re open to all and offer support for learning the ins-and-outs of HCH culture, broad career perspectives, discussions on balancing life and work, and sometimes, just an excuse to get together, have fun, and socialize.

Check out some of the awesome affinity groups HCHers have started so far:

  • • Enrich MiGente
  • • Working Moms
  • • Fantasy Fanatics
  • • Oakland Movie Nights
  • • A Cadre of Padres
  • • The Smarty Pants Society
  • • Nom Nom Navigators
  • • Between the Covers Book Club

There’s still lots of work to do, but ensuring we’re maintaining environments in which everyone belongs will be our proving ground.
